Pete Pedersen VP, Marketing & Communications Sonos Pete Pedersen is Vice President, Marketing & Communications at Sonos. In this role, Pedersen drives business value through brand-building and reputation-enhancing campaigns spanning advertising, PR, digital marketing, retail and brand activation. He’s part of the team that took Sonos from a privately held start-up to a growing public company whose beloved products are enjoyed in more than 10 million homes around the world.
Before joining Sonos, Pedersen led Grayling, a marketing services firm with 54 offices around the world. During his tenure he focused on digital transformation with an emphasis on data-driven insights.
Prior to Grayling, Pedersen served as chair of Edelman’s global technology practice, serving clients including Microsoft, Juniper Networks, HP, Adobe, Samsung, SAP, Symantec and countless other blue-chip technology innovators. Pedersen built and led the industry’s first Data Security & Privacy practice at the intersection of cloud, mobility and social media. In this role, he helped clients navigate complex privacy matters including regulatory compliance, corporate reputation and consumer education.
Before taking the reins of Edelman’s technology practice, Pedersen led the firm’s worldwide Microsoft engagement. He was responsible for consumer marketing, corporate reputation, public affairs, technology, crisis communications, and event marketing. Notable assignments include the launches of Xbox Live, Xbox 360, Windows Vista, and Office 2007.
Pedersen graduated Cum Laude from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Communications. He happily lives in Seattle, one of the best cities in the world.
Erin McPherson Head of Content Acquisition, Strategy and Programming Verizon Erin L McPherson, Head of Content Acquisition, Strategy and Programming, Verizon: Erin McPherson oversees the content business across Verizon’s growing number of consumer platforms and services, including Fios, Broadband, Wireless and 5G Home. She and her team drive content strategy, deal negotiation and partner management for a wide array of partners, including major broadcast and cable networks,sports leagues and digital publishers and content creators.
Prior to Verizon, Erin served as Chief Content Officer at Maker Studios, the world’s largest network of short-form online video, acquired by The Walt Disney Company in 2014. In her role at Maker, Erin oversaw the development and production of hit YouTube programming as well as innovative franchises across Disney. Before joining Maker, Erin was Vice President and Head of Video at Yahoo, where she led the company’s foray into original video and oversaw the award-winning Yahoo Studios.
Before joining Yahoo, Erin practiced entertainment and media law, representing a wide number of individuals and companies, including Halle Berry, Ryan Fleck, Anna Boden, Zachary Quinto, Vertigo Entertainment, and others. She also served as in-house counsel for LivePlanet, the media company founded in 2000 by Matt Damon, Ben Afflect, Chris Moore and Sean Bailey as well as at z.com, an early online video company. Prior to that, Erin practiced entertainment and intellectual property litigation, and served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Consuelo B. Marshall, Federal District Judge in the Central District of California. Erin is active in the content industry, serving on several advisory boards as well as the Board of Directors of NATPE and the T. Howard Foundation. Erin graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and received her B.A. magna cum laude from Middlebury College. She lives in New York City.
Susan Levison Senior Vice President and Head WWE Studios Susan Levison is Senior Vice President and Head of WWE Studios, the organization’s multi-platform content division that develops and produces scripted and non-scripted series, documentaries, animated programming and feature films. WWE Studios’ diverse slate is co-produced and distributed through partnerships with premier global entertainment companies. More than 50 films have been released to date by WWE Studios, including partnerships with Twentieth Century Fox, Sony Pictures, MGM, Warner Brothers, Warner Brothers Animation, Disney, Universal, Blumhouse Productions, Lionsgate, among others.
Levison comes to WWE from CBS Television Studios, where she was Senior Vice President, Alternative Programming, responsible for all unscripted development and production across cable, streaming and digital platforms. While at CBS, she produced unscripted projects and series in a variety of genres. Prior to CBS, Levison served as Executive Vice President, Original Programming & Production at VH1, overseeing more than 350 hours of original programming and development each year. During that time, Levison ramped up their scripted efforts, developing the critically acclaimed drama, Hindsight. She also launched Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood, which ranked as cable's highest-rated new unscripted series of 2014, and the Nicole Richie soft-scripted series Candidly Nicole.
Previously, Levison helped to launch FishBowl Worldwide Media, a startup production company, where she developed, sold and produced scripted and unscripted series for Bravo, Discovery, TruTV, Animal Planet, Fuse and VH1. She began her career at Fox Broadcasting Company in the Alternative Development where she worked on shows such as American Idol, Temptation Island and The Simple Life. She also worked in both the Drama Development and Comedy Development departments, where she worked on such series as Bones, House, and Bob’s Burgers.

As the founding General Manager of Endeavor Audio, Moses oversaw all aspects of the audio business at Endeavor, including development, production, distribution, marketing, and monetization of podcasts. Under his leadership, Endeavor Audio distributed over 40 podcasts in its first two years of operations, including 12 original podcasts, most notably winner of both Webby's and iHeartRadio's awards for Best Fiction Podcast, Blackout starring Academy Award winner Rami Malek. Moses has been named to Variety's New Leaders List, and as a Podcast Power Player by Business Insider.
Prior to Endeavor, Moses served as Head of Business Development & Strategy at Megaphone, where he was responsible for leading all business development and partnership efforts to structure and negotiate production, financing, distribution, and licensing deals with content creators, media companies, and data suppliers. Most notably, Moses was responsible for the deal to produce, distribute, and launch Malcolm Gladwell's Revisionist History podcast, as well as a first-of-its-kind agreement with Nielsen to power Megaphone's ad targeting technology.
Moses began his career at Goldman Sachs, and received his B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Yale University.
Ashley Schroeder Senior Lead, Global Creator Marketing Pinterest Ashley is the senior lead on Pinterest’s creator marketing team. She manages marketing strategy across channels, including in-product, to inspire the broader creator community to build their audience on Pinterest. Before Pinterest, she spent her time at a variety of creative agencies, managing global advertising campaigns for clients like Walmart and Idaho Potatoes. When she’s not telling creators’ inspirational stories, Ashley is likely redecorating her home for the 8th time, writing songs for her dog, or tending to her 37 indoor plants.
